Valor Mortis release date and launch times
Valor Mortis is out on Windows PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The official release date is 13 October 2026; the launch map corresponds to 17:00 UTC, which was already 14 October in parts of Asia and Oceania.
Released, not still awaiting a launch date
On 14 October 2026, Steam's app record returned a released status and 13 October 2026 as the launch date. PlayStation and Xbox also list 13 October. The publisher's 13 October launch announcement confirms that the Steam game is available.
Use official purchase and download routes for access now. PC subscribers can also use the Xbox app through PC Game Pass; a Steam purchase is a separate storefront entitlement.

The New Zealand time is a conversion of the shared launch moment, not evidence of an earlier console unlock. A local date of 14 October does not mean the game was delayed in those regions.
Why the September date changed
The 7 June announcement originally named 24 September 2026. The developer's 11 June date-change announcement moved it to 13 October, citing a crowded September schedule, room for the game and players' budgets, and more time to incorporate demo feedback. It does not name a single competing game as the reason.
Older trailers and articles can therefore contain a genuine but superseded September date. The October store records and launch announcement take precedence.
Launch version, preload and later content
The announcements checked do not establish a current retail build number or platform-specific preload window. June hotfix numbers 1.01, 1.02 and 1.03 belong to the demo and must not be relabeled as the retail version.
The 9 October update says New Game+ is planned for later in 2026, with carried progression and loot. The Deluxe upgrade listing schedules the major story DLC for 2027. Neither is evidence that those additions are available at launch.
